2005 Minnesota Statutes - 367.17 — Neglect of duty.



     367.17 Neglect of duty. 


    A town treasurer who refuses or neglects to comply with 
 section 367.16 is guilty of a gross misdemeanor and shall also 
 forfeit office as treasurer.
