2005 Minnesota Statutes - 367.02 — When board is to accept resignations, notify clerk.



     367.02 When board is to accept resignations, notify 
  clerk. 


    (a) The town board, for sufficient cause shown to it, shall 
 accept the resignation of any town officer.  


    (b) The board shall promptly give notice of the resignation 
 to the town clerk.
