2005 Minnesota Statutes - 360.202 — Rights same as Minnesota municipality.



     360.202 Rights same as Minnesota municipality.  


    Such municipality or other political subdivision of an 
 adjoining state shall have all the rights, privileges, and 
 duties of like municipalities and political subdivisions of this 
 state, including the right to exercise the right of eminent 
 domain.
