2005 Minnesota Statutes - 353B.06 — Treasurer of accounts; investment.



     353B.06 Treasurer of accounts; investment. 


    Subdivision 1.    Commissioner of finance.  The 
 commissioner of finance is the ex officio treasurer of the 
 accounts as provided in section 353.05. 


    Subd. 2.    Investment.  The assets of the account shall 
 be invested by the State Board of Investment as provided in 
 section 353.06.
