     353B.01 Local relief association benefit plans; 
  application. 


    The provisions of this chapter shall govern the benefit 
 coverage and payment of benefits of any person who was a member 
 of a local relief association consolidating with the public 
 employees police and fire fund as provided in sections 353A.01 
 to 353A.10 and who elects to retain benefit coverage in the 
 local relief association benefit plan as provided in section 
 353A.08.
