352C.10 Benefit adjustments.
Retirement allowances payable to retired constitutional officers pursuant to section 352C.031 and surviving spouse benefits payable pursuant to section 352C.04, shall be adjusted in the same manner, at the same times and in the same amounts as are benefits payable from the Minnesota postretirement investment fund to retirees of a participating public pension fund.
