2005 Minnesota Statutes - 349.23 — Validity of prior agreements.



     349.23 Validity of prior agreements. 


    Nothing in sections 349.11 to 349.22 shall be construed to 
 affect the validity of any agreement or contract between an 
 organization and any financial or lending institution, entered 
 into prior to August 1, 1976.
