2005 Minnesota Statutes - 347.32 — License for kennel or dealer.



     347.32 License for kennel or dealer. 


    No person, firm, or corporation shall establish, maintain, 
 conduct, or operate a kennel or operate as a dealer within this 
 state without first obtaining a license therefor from the board 
 of animal health.  The license shall be issued for a term of one 
 year.
