2005 Minnesota Statutes - 346.15 — Redemption.



     346.15 Redemption.  


    The purchaser of any animal sold under sections 346.13 and 
 346.14 shall keep the same at least two months, during which 
 time the owner may redeem such animal by paying all costs and 
 charges of keeping, and the amount paid therefor at the sale, 
 with interest thereon at 12 percent per annum.
