2005 Minnesota Statutes - 346.06 — Money, how disposed of.



     346.06 Money, how disposed of.  


    If the money so deposited be not claimed by the former 
 owner of the estray within one year after such sale, the same 
 shall be paid by the county treasurer into the public school 
 fund.
