2005 Minnesota Statutes - 345.12 — Sale; proceeds.



     345.12 Sale; proceeds.  


    The proceeds of the sale shall be applied to the payment of 
 the charges of the storage company and the expense of sale, and 
 any surplus shall be at once paid to the county treasurer, with 
 a statement, as hereinbefore prescribed, and be disposed of as 
 so provided.
