2005 Minnesota Statutes - 332.27 — Contracts void.



     332.27 Contracts void.  


    Any contract for debt prorating service as defined in 
 sections 332.12 to 332.29 made by an unlicensed person shall be 
 null and void and of no legal effect and all fees paid to such 
 person pursuant to such contract shall be recoverable with 
 reasonable attorney's fees.
