2005 Minnesota Statutes - 332.18 — License display and transferability; change of address.



     332.18 License display and transferability; change of 
  address.  


    Each license issued hereunder shall be kept conspicuously 
 posted in the place of business of the licensee.  The business 
 address may be changed by any licensee upon ten days' prior 
 written notice thereof to the commissioner.  No license shall be 
 transferable or assignable without the consent of the 
 commissioner and the licensee shall be limited solely to the 
 business of debt prorating service.
