2005 Minnesota Statutes - 322.07 — Limited partner not liable to creditors.



     322.07 Limited partner not liable to creditors.  


    A limited partner shall not become liable as a general 
 partner without taking part in the control of the business in 
 addition to exercising rights and powers as a limited partner.
