300.61 False statement a felony.
An officer, agent, or employee of a corporation who knowingly and willfully subscribes or makes a false statement, false report, or false entry in or upon the corporation's books, papers, or other documents, or in the corporation's behalf, or knowingly and willfully subscribes or exhibits a false paper, book, or document with intent to deceive a person or officer authorized to examine the financial condition of the corporation, or knowingly and willfully subscribes or makes a false report, is guilty of a felony and shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year, nor more than ten years.
