2005 Minnesota Statutes - 299F.32 — Statutory construction.



     299F.32 Statutory construction.  


    It is hereby declared that this chapter is necessary for 
 the public safety, health, peace, and welfare, is remedial in 
 nature, and shall be construed liberally and this chapter shall 
 not be declared unconstitutional and void for the reason that 
 any section or provision thereof may be in contravention of the 
 Constitution.
