2005 Minnesota Statutes - 299F.29 — County and city attorneys to assist.



     299F.29 County and city attorneys to assist. 


    The county and city attorneys of any political subdivision, 
 upon request of the state fire marshal, deputies or assistants, 
 shall assist such officers upon an investigation of any fire, 
 which in their opinion is of suspicious origin.
