2005 Minnesota Statutes - 299F.03 — Special attorney.



     299F.03 Special attorney.  


    The attorney general may appoint a special attorney for the 
 division, whose work shall be under the supervision of the 
 attorney general, who shall fix the compensation, such 
 compensation to be paid out of the fund created under this 
 chapter.
