2005 Minnesota Statutes - 299C.30 — Radio broadcasting station may be installed.



     299C.30 Radio broadcasting station may be installed.  


    The commissioner of administration is hereby authorized to 
 purchase, secure the necessary air privilege, lease or otherwise 
 acquire, and install one or more radio broadcasting stations to 
 be used for police purposes only, under the direction of the 
 Bureau of Criminal Apprehension.
