270C.306 Commissioner may require Social Security or identifying numbers on forms.
Notwithstanding the provisions of any other law, the commissioner may require that a form required to be filed with the commissioner include the Social Security number, federal employer identification number, or Minnesota taxpayer identification number of the taxpayer or applicant.
