     256B.039 Reporting of supplemental nursing services 
  agency use. 


    Beginning March 1, 2002, the commissioner shall report to 
 the legislature annually on the use of supplemental nursing 
 services, including the number of hours worked by supplemental 
 nursing services agency personnel and payments to supplemental 
 nursing services agencies.
