     253.22 Allowances.  


    When any convict is discharged from the Minnesota Security 
 Hospital the convict shall receive the same allowances in money, 
 clothing, and otherwise which the convict would have received on 
 remaining at the sending institution and the expenditures in 
 behalf of the convict shall be made out of the same fund.  While 
 at the hospital, the convict shall be clothed and supported as 
 are other patients.
