252.40 Service principles and rate-setting procedures.
Sections 252.40 to 252.46 apply to day training and habilitation services for adults with mental retardation and related conditions when the services are authorized to be funded by a county and provided under a contract between a county board and a vendor as defined in section 252.41. Nothing in sections 252.40 to 252.46 absolves intermediate care facilities for persons with mental retardation or related conditions of the responsibility for providing active treatment and habilitation under federal regulations with which those facilities must comply to be certified by the Minnesota department of health.
