     243.87 Goods made for national defense. 


    Nothing in section 241.27 shall be construed to prevent the 
 production or sale of any article for purposes of national 
 defense during times of national emergency where such production 
 or sale is otherwise permitted by the laws of the United States 
 or the state of Minnesota.
