2005 Minnesota Statutes - 241.30 — Powers with relation to compact.



     241.30 Powers with relation to compact.  


    The commissioner of corrections or a designee is hereby 
 authorized and directed to do all things necessary or incidental 
 to the carrying out of the compact in every particular.
