2005 Minnesota Statutes - 241.11 — Protection against fire.



     241.11 Protection against fire.  


    The commissioner of corrections shall provide at each 
 institution adequate and ready means of protection against fire, 
 construct proper means of escape for inmates, and establish and 
 enforce rigid rules by which danger from fire may be minimized.
