2005 Minnesota Statutes - 239.46 — Fines credited to school funds.



     239.46 Fines credited to school funds. 


    All fines collected under the provisions of sections 239.28 
 to 239.38 shall be paid to the county treasurer for the benefit 
 of the school fund of the county where the action is brought.
