2005 Minnesota Statutes - 239.24 — Hindering official; misdemeanor.



     239.24 Hindering official; misdemeanor. 


    Any person hindering, impeding, or restricting in any way 
 any employee of the division while in the performance of 
 official duty shall be guilty of a misdemeanor.
