     239.01 Weights and Measures Division; jurisdiction. 


    The Weights and Measures Division, referred to in this 
 chapter as the division, is created under the jurisdiction of 
 the Department of Commerce.  The division has supervision and 
 control over all weights, weighing devices, and measures in the 
 state.
