     237.67 Annual legislative report. 


    Beginning January 1, 1988, the commission and the 
 department shall annually report to the legislature on the 
 implementation of Laws 1987, chapter 340, and recommend changes 
 necessary to assure high-quality and affordable telephone 
 services for the residents of the state.
