2005 Minnesota Statutes - 237.46 — Gross misdemeanor violation.



     237.46 Gross misdemeanor violation.  


    Any telephone company and, if it be a corporation, the 
 officers thereof, violating any provisions of sections 237.01 to 
 237.27, shall be guilty of a gross misdemeanor.
