     237.45 Telephone and telegraph lines constructed.  


    Natural persons, copartnerships, and associations may 
 construct, maintain, and operate telephone and telegraph lines, 
 and shall have and possess the same rights, powers, and 
 privileges with reference thereto as corporations formed for 
 such purpose.
