2005 Minnesota Statutes - 235.09 — Unlicensed warehouses.



     235.09 Unlicensed warehouses. 


    A person or corporation operating a warehouse without a 
 license forfeits to the state for each day's operation $50 and 
 the operation may be enjoined upon complaint of the department.
