2005 Minnesota Statutes - 231.32 — Proceedings in the name of the state.



     231.32 Proceedings in the name of the state.  


    All acts or proceedings instituted by the department under 
 this chapter shall be brought in the name of the state and be 
 prosecuted by the attorney general.
