     222.24 May exercise franchise elsewhere.  


    Every domestic railroad corporation may exercise all its 
 rights, franchises, and privileges in any other state or 
 country, subject to the laws thereof, and may also exercise 
 therein any other or additional powers applicable to such 
 corporation under the laws of such state or country.
