     219.93 Stopping train at crossing. 


    A company operating a railroad shall have all trains on the 
 railroad come to a full stop not less than ten nor more than 60 
 rods before reaching a railroad junction or crossing at grade, 
 unless stoppage is rendered unnecessary by an interlocking plant 
 or other device approved by the written order of the 
 commissioner or by the court upon appeal.
