2005 Minnesota Statutes - 198.31 — Veterans home, Hastings.



     198.31 Veterans home, Hastings. 


    Control of the state hospital facilities at Hastings is 
 transferred to the board.  This transfer includes the cemetery.  
 The board shall establish a veterans home in these facilities.  
 The veterans home shall be licensed in accordance with the 
 boarding care rules of the Department of Health.
