     184.25 Records and reports.  


    The department shall keep a full record of its proceedings 
 which shall be open to the public for inspection at all 
 reasonable times, and a register of all applicants for licenses 
 which shall contain the names and addresses of such applicants 
 as well as such other information as may be required by the 
 department.  


    Such records shall include the date of application, place 
 of business, the person by whom the applicant is employed or is 
 to be employed in the case of a counselor, place of residence, 
 whether or not an examination was required, the results thereof, 
 and whether the applicant was rejected or a license granted, the 
 date such license was granted and the type of license granted.
