     183.505 Applications for licenses.  


    The chief boiler inspector shall prepare blank applications 
 on which applications for engineers' licenses shall be made 
 under oath of the applicant.  These blanks shall be so 
 formulated as to elicit such information as is desirable to 
 enable the examiners to pass on the qualifications of applicants.
