     183.46 Tests. 


    In subjecting both high and low pressure boilers and 
 pressure vessels to the hydrostatic test, and to determine the 
 safe allowable working pressure, the inspector shall use the 
 latest approved formula of the American Society of Mechanical 
 Engineers Code.
