2005 Minnesota Statutes - 179.43 — Illegal combination; violation of public policy.



     179.43 Illegal combination; violation of public policy.  


    A secondary boycott as hereinbefore defined is hereby 
 declared to be an illegal combination in restraint of trade and 
 in violation of the public policy of this state.
