     176.491 Stay of proceedings pending disposition of case. 


    Where a writ of certiorari has been perfected under this 
 chapter, it stays all proceedings for the enforcement of the 
 order being reviewed until the case has been finally disposed of 
 either in the Supreme Court or, where the cause has been 
 remanded for a new hearing before a compensation judge or 
 further proceedings before the Workers' Compensation Court of 
 Appeals.
