2005 Minnesota Statutes - 176.1321 — Effective date of benefit changes.



     176.1321 Effective date of benefit changes. 


    Unless otherwise specified in the act making the change, 
 any workers' compensation benefit change shall be effective on 
 the October 1 next following its final enactment.
