     176.1311 Second injury fund data. 


    No person shall, directly or indirectly, provide the names 
 of persons who have registered a preexisting physical impairment 
 under Minnesota Statutes 1990, section 176.131, to an employer 
 with the intent of assisting the employer to discriminate 
 against those persons who have so registered with respect to 
 hiring or other terms and conditions of employment. 


    A violation of this section is a gross misdemeanor.
