     175.35 Enforcement. 


    It shall be the duty of the Department of Labor and 
 Industry to enforce the provisions of sections 175.33 and 175.34 
 and it may call upon the state commissioner of health and boards 
 of health as defined in section 145A.02, subdivision 2, for 
 assistance.
