     41.60 Discrimination prohibited. 


    In carrying out their respective duties under Laws 1976, 
 chapter 210, the council and the commissioner shall not 
 discriminate between applicants because of race, color, creed, 
 religion, national origin, sex, marital status, disability, 
 political or ideological persuasion.
