2005 Minnesota Statutes - 40A.17 — Report.



     40A.17 Report. 


    The commissioner shall report to the legislature on January 
 1 of each year on activities under this chapter.  By July 1, 
 1985, the report must include the survey of public awareness in 
 the awareness program.  The report shall include recommendations 
 for funding levels and other necessary legislative action.
