2005 Minnesota Statutes - 34.07 — Beverage inspection account; appropriation.



     34.07 Beverage inspection account; appropriation. 


    A beverage inspection account is created in the 
 agricultural fund.  All fees and fines collected under this 
 chapter shall be credited to the beverage inspection account.  
 Money in the account is appropriated to the commissioner for 
 inspection and supervision under this chapter.
