     32.021 Duties and powers of commissioner.  


    Subdivision 1.    Enforcement.  The commissioner shall 
 be charged with the enforcement of the provisions of this 
 chapter.  


    Subd. 2.    Power and authority.  For the purpose of 
 enforcing the provisions of chapter 32 and amendatory acts the 
 commissioner and the commissioner's assistants, agents, and 
 employees, shall have the power and authority granted under the 
 provisions of sections 31.02 to 31.171.
