     31.58 Violations, penalties. 


    Any person violating any of the provisions of sections 
 31.51 to 31.56 or any rules made hereunder is guilty of a 
 misdemeanor; and upon conviction, may be punished by a fine of 
 not less than $25, or by imprisonment in the county jail for not 
 less than 30 days for the first offense, and in the sum of not 
 less than $50 or by imprisonment in the county jail for not less 
 than 60 days for each subsequent offense.
